Come Sit With Us
Parenting can be wonderfully joyful, deeply meaningful, and incredibly lonely—all sometimes within the same afternoon.
Lines & Leaves was never created simply to publish books or share resources. It was created to build a place where families and educators could slow down, ask thoughtful questions, and remember they don't have to navigate everything alone.
If you've found yourself wishing someone simply understood what life feels like right now, this space is for you.
We're so glad you're here.
A Note From Me
For years, I've found myself having the same conversations over and over again—with parents trying to understand their children, teachers trying to better support their students, and friends simply looking for someone who could help them think through a difficult situation.
Many of those conversations ended the same way-
"I wish someone had told me this sooner."
The Circle exists, because I wanted to create a place where those conversations could continue beyond a single phone call, book, or workshop. It's a space where I can share the resources we've genuinely used, the observations that have changed the way I think, and the ideas I'm still learning myself.
Some months you'll find practical tools. Other months it may simply be an essay or conversation that helps you see something differently.
I don't have all the answers, but I care deeply about asking better questions, paying closer attention, and helping people feel a little less alone while they figure things out.

Printable supports, conversation guides, visual tools, or planning resources created to make everyday life a little easier.
3. Field-Tested Favorites
Carefully curated recommendations for books, sensory supports, everyday tools, and products our family has genuinely used and loved.
4. A live community conversation
A relaxed monthly Zoom gathering where parents and educators can ask questions, share experiences, and simply spend time with people who understand.
5. A growing community
Perhaps most importantly, you'll become part of a community built around curiosity, compassion, and the belief that every child deserves to feel deeply understood.
